I see where the game listings say NFLN (HD).

Is that a separate channel from the regular NFLN or does it just mean that it is shown on both NFLN (regular) as well as the HD channel?

Its a separate channel. Usually those that suscribe to a high definition package.

Does that mean the game is ONLY on the HD channel or on both?

Both. HD plays exactly what the regular channel plays, only in HD.

Yeah, for me the NFL Network is on Comcast channel 180. The same NFL Network is also on Comcast Channel 406 in HD.

When a program says it is in HD... that just means that you can see it on your regular channel like always... or you can see it on the HD channel in high def.

When it doesn't say it is in HD, then you can still see it on the HD channel (for me it would be on 180 or 406)... it just won't be broadcast in HD, so it won't be as clear and crisp even on the HD channel.

The game will be live right, not the old flipping between games ?

That's my understanding. They may look in on other games but I think it is a full broadcast of the Cowboys-Chargers.
