I may actually give a shot. Won't be able to until I get back from vacation but I'll give it a shot.

I missed a 50 yarder by about 3 yards bare footed and never kick footballs. Its the game pressure that makes kicking hard.

To answer your question, no, they are not reviewable.

Clarification: only FGs that bounce off the upright or crossbar are reviewable. FGs that do not contact the upright or crossbar are not reviewable.

I just looked at the replay in the highlights at dc.com. It definitely appeared to be between the uprights. The Cowboys haven't complained, though.

On the second field goal that Dallas missed, the replay indicated that it might have been good after all. The fans in the endzone seemed sure it was good. My DVR frame by frame indicates that the field goal was good.

Question: Is a Field Goal attempt reviewable?

If not--it OUGHT TO BE!!!!

I remember hearing about an old playoff game (1965?) between Green Bay and the Baltimore Colts where the officials blew the call on a field goal attempt that ended up being the diffrence in the game (Green Bay should have lost).

The is no way in the modern era that this should be allowed to happen again!

I turned to a friend and asked the same question about whether or not they're reviewable. That sure looked good to me on the replay...

I too thought it was good in the game thread, which is why I didn't jump all over Suisham like most everyone else.
