I was wondering if players are fined for not performing to expectations? For example, if a player commits a penalty or drops a pass.

I know that back in TC that they had guys do push-ups for dropped balls or penalties.

Not sure if this can be done because of the NFLPA but I think if you make players accountable and hitting them where it hurts, the pocket, they will become more aware of what they are doing.

Just a little food for thought. What are your opinions on this.

We could only wish, it really needs to happen - incentive based contracts.
