Typical.............

Dude I'm not just looking for a payday, I didn't ask nor did I want to be on tv or on youtube. I don't like knowing millions of people are watching me without me knowing about it

And who are u to judge me

I am not sure, but I think the answer is NO, since youtube, etc are public domains. Once it's on the interwebz, it's no longer your property.

Once again, I could be wrong.

Not if the film of you was made in a public place where you had no reasonable expectation of privacy.

It was at my elementary school christmas carol, so I guess not.............can I get it taken down?

Did you know that in the state of Texas that you can record a conversation(audio) and use it as evidence in a court of law as long as one party is privy?

Exactly. Whoever takes the photo or films the event, so long as it's a public event, owns the film or photograph.

Now ask me anything you want about the CBA.

Yeah, it's true. You were in a public place. If you ever look in travel books or magazines, you see pictures of places with people who just happen to be there when the picture was taken. The people in the picture can't do anything about it.

I even heard of students taking video of their teacher's butts during class and posting them on Youtube. The teachers can't do anything about it.

You really only have any recourse if they're making money off of you, or if it was doctored and it portrays you in a bad light. And when I say making money off of you, that would have to mean that you're the main reason, or one of the main reasons why they're making money.

Haven't seen the video, but if it's like you and 50 other kids in a program and no one can tell it is you, except you, then nothing you can do most likely.
