the game . . . .

Did it look like a mis-communication on the correct route, or was it more of an errant throw?

Wasn't thrown Crayton's way by the way?

Anyone else hear the idiot announcers talking about the receivers fault and not a good mistake if your out here trying to make the team. *** do they think we have if we cut Crayton.. oh wait they must be on the Danny/Stanback hype train lol

Remember the Roy Williams pick six against Philly a couple years ago? Kind of like that- Johnson got pressure and had to get rid of the ball- I suppose he expected the WR to break off his route... but the receiver didn't break off the route (for whatever reason) and the only guy there was the defender- the good news: it wasn't a pick six.

It just led to six. :)

Not laying blame just the way it was. Johnson was sacked on a run play when he turned to his left and everybody else went to his right too so he has some book work to catch up on as well.

Ahhh . . . . o.k. thanks.

I guess Johnson thought the WR was going to break off the route.

No, actually Brad was suprised that the WR wanted to make a route more than 5 yards for him.

I kinda thought by looking at the replay that it was on johnson.

He was about to get hit and looked like he tried to get rid of the ball. He probably didn't have enough arm to get it to the WR streaking down the field.

Kinda looked like Larry Brown picking off O'Donnell in 95'.

San Diego should have had 2 more picks off Brad. He was terrible. Any decent D would have 3-4 picks off him.

Certainly looks to me like the Cowboys got to add a vet QB and hope something gets done this week. Understand Sims played well in Tampa game & I assume Bucs were showcasing him. Think they want a 4th for him but Cowboys unwilling so far to pay that much. We'll see.

If you look at the highlights on NFL.com it shows the INT....even though he was hit as he threw I have no faith that he would have or could have gotten the ball down field on that pass play.

IMO it was Johnson's and Crayton's fault. Crayton ran the wrong route and Johnson couldn't get the ball to him.

Not sure. Only the players can tell us that.

there is a little irony in that play considering it was on the right sideline and crayton ran a go and this time the ball was thrown for the out on the sideline.

gulp.

While we're on the "was that Brad's fault" topic, what the hell happened on the goal line when Brad went to hand the ball off to thin air. Is it possible the QB went the wrong way... I mean, seeing as how he's the one that calls the play... or more likely everyone else was right, and he was wrong?

It's possible he went the wrong but I'm more inclined to blame the rookie not the vet.

I'll just blame it on Brad, only because I want his *** out of Big D.

Then both the halfback and the fullback messed up. I know he's played since the time of the dinosaurs, but it looked like Brad was the one who made the mistake there.
