Question regarding Lendale White

My question is do any of you think Lendale (Sp wrong) White looks similar to Ron Dayne? I actually thought Ron Dayne would do better than he has done and sometimes wonder if White will be pretty much the same. In my opinion a little overrated.

White had plenty of huge holes to run through at USC. He and Reggie Bush will be forced to adjust to the lack of blocking they'll get in the NFL. Not everyone has the KC line and scheme.

Bettis was a far better athlete than White in college. Of course Bettis' pro career has been one for the Hall of Fame. We'll see if White is still starting in a few years before getting too excited.

If he runs soft then what does supposed number 1 overall Bush do?

White is gonna be better than Bush on a pro level.

White needs to get in shape for sure but a decent coach will push him.

No, Ron Dayne was slow in college, and till he lost all that weight, he was slow in NFL. I told my gaints friends, before draft and when they drafted him, he would be a bust. Nothing to it, you could clearly see he has not many moves and doesn't have speed, till now with Denver that is.

Lendale seems to have some moves and real power to him. But I am haven't seen him enough either to have a difinite opinion of him either. I do have questions about his off field behaviour,since he has questions there.

I think Bush is way overrated, but I think Lendale will be very good. I think he is a much better prospect than Bush. Bush will sell jerseys and season tickets. Lendale will run over you.

Bettis a better athlete? How? The guy was fat at Notre Dame and got even larger as his NFL career went on. Lendale is more muscular and much faster than Bettis in college. He is going to be a great pro.
