Question to you believers from a Dallas Pessimist

First let me give a basic breakdown of Dallas. You can simply (insert the year) here.

Defense can not stop the run.

Offense can't run the ball.

Defense gives up large chunk plays to above average offenses.

No real WR#2 since Amari left.

Dline can't stop a nosebleed up the middle.

One of the worst passing defenses in the middle of the field.

Linebackers are light in the arse and can't get off blocks. They are routinely mandhandled in the run game.

Zero oline depth.

GM can't pick a talented defensive tackle to save his life.

Defense can't get off the field on 3rd and long. Consistently giving up big plays on 3rd down.

Inability to put up 20 points or more on any team above . 500 unless it's garbage time

Inability to consistently compete with teams above. 500.

Implode every year in the playoffs.

Offense will disappear in the First half of every big game.

Dak will throw a red zone int or pick 6 in almost every big game.

Dak will wilt under pressure in the biggest of moments of the biggest games.

Front office inability to manipulate salary cap effectively.

Front office paying busts while letting talent walk for free.

Front office signing yes men and not the best coach for the job.

There is so much more to dive into. But my question to you all is if you watch the games, these things are clearly evident.

So why every year do you all think all of these deficiencies will magically disappear and Dallas will make a deep playoff run? Why do I hear talks of N.F.C. championship or Super Bowl with the Jerry and his cohorts bring a team with the same glaring deficiencies every year?

With the exception of maybe Rockport, there are no homers left after that abortion of a game.

This team as currently constructed is done, getting boat raced at home by a 7 seed...............you dont come back from something like that, you just dont.

The thing that blows my mind is that people are ok with continuing with Dak as our QB. I get his contract but the hell with his contract and cut him.

You know how this story will end the same again next year. What is the point?

Every team that beat us had a run game and a MLB that could cover the TE and DTs that could stop the run and pressure the QB. Until Jerry understands that is what wins playoff games then we will be stuck getting to the playoffs and losing.
