They should put a cap on how many top 5 picks you can have in a row.
If you have 3-5 years of top 5 picks and you still suck bad enough to get another top 5 pick....you should forfeit that top 5 pick and drop to around 20.

Why it's obvious they are drafting the wrong players allowing good players to drop. That's how we got Ware
