Gaither missed his second straight day of practice because he was receiving treatment for an injured foot.

He will get magnetic resonance imaging on his foot today and will see a specialist this week, Ravens coach John Harbaugh said.

There was speculation that Gaither didn't practice because he was upset with the Ravens moving him to right tackle on the first day of minicamp.
"He didn't tell me that he was protesting," Harbaugh said. "We had a conversation about a lot of things like we always do. The reason he didn't practice, based on what he told me, was the foot. And I think there is an issue there."

Harbaugh said Gaither didn't finish the first practice on Friday. Oniel Cousins replaced Gaither as the starting right tackle.

"I think it just got kind of worn-out and sore," Harbaugh said. "He didn't feel like he could go the rest of the time. That's what I know, and that's what he said and that's where it stands

With rookie Ramon Harewood lost for possibly a month to a knee injury, it leaves the Ravens down two tackles for their offseason workouts.
