You have to imagine it's serious. You don't put in the work these guys do only to step back when you get an opportunity.

I hope Jeff Blasko and his family are well. Praying for all involved, I know first hand how health issues can affect life.
Now.
Horrible planning by this front office. Simply disgusting.
There is no salary cap for coaches there should be a team of 15 top 5 coaches for each position waiting to step in when one steps down, next man up.
Now, because of this inept front office who have built back to back 12-5 teams, back to back playoffs, lack of providing 15 top 5 running backs coaches that workload will be spread across the rest of the staff.
Of course, had they done that, then I would have to complain they were over paid, questioned if they made more money than MM, question each coaches ability to do the job, and rue they all weren't top 3 in their field, but that's a digression for another day.
Disgusting that I have to live through this ineptness.
This is the CZ way, yes?
