RBs as pass catchers

I can't understand WHY Kellen Moron REFUSES to utilize Zeke and Pollard in the passing game. If the running game isn't working, you can still get the ball into their hands. In fact, a RB on the move is much more dangerous than handing it to a stationary back with no speed (Zeke). Since Pollards pass protection isn't great, wouldn't it make sense to get him out on a wheel route matched up with a slower LB? I think Kellen Moron's head is stuck somewhere dark

Pollard not as a good receiver as Zeke.

Turpin has great speed too but he's not getting the separation necessary.

TP best when using misdirection.

I don't think Kellen refuses to move the ball this way. He's just woefully unsuccessful at designing screen plays.
