You described an organization who has a Championship culture. Plain and simple.

KC has an owner that writes checks and leaves football to the GM. Also hired a great coach and lets him run the team and hire staff.

In all the playoff games this year, only the Cowboys looked utterly unprepared and unmotivated. Culture in the locker room is terrible, all hat, no Cowboy.

Yep. Only happened twice before. Brady was the QB on one of them.

It gets scary when you consider they might be better next year. Give any team a good run game and they'll be tough to beat. That bails out a lot of QBs. Give Mahomes a good run game and that's trouble.
