Reading on the Eagles forums

Was poking around this am to see what they are saying, a few themes-

- they think they are going to win going away by 2 td's at least
- most feel the game will be over by halftime because they will jump on us (since they score so much in the first half)
- they feel the JAX defense was better than ours
- They think that they will have multiple interceptions from Rush
- They are confident that the cowboys have no chance and that they will have 150+ yards rushing
- They think there is no hype on their team and all the hype is on Dallas and that the cowboy's defense is vastly overrated


They are confident (as fans) i will give them that....really hope that we put the beat down on them...nothing would give me more joy than watching that on Sunday night

yeah, i wasnt shocked...i was a little surpirsed that they think the cowboys defense is worse than Jax is...i guess they are just focused in on our run defense vs our pass rush. We should get everyone to bbq/grill/smoke wings on Sunday night so we can channel "smoking the birds" !!!

Used to hear the same kind of things around here when we thought we had the much better QB. Now that they have Hurts over Rush they are confident. Their excitement started in the offseason when they had an incredible one and there has been nothing to slow their brains down as the Eagles have killed everyone mostly. Looking at their easy schedule you could see how they could have 14 or 15 wins.

I have to agree they have an advantage with Rush at QB. And our defense will me mitigated by Hurts rushing at times. They will score points. I doubt 20 points is going to win this one for us. First to 30 wins it? This is the first true test for our defense.

And they may win BUT I remember during college basketball season, that Coach K dook team would win his last game at Cameron and the big game in the final 4 by dook fans and we know how those 2 ended up.

I expect to see a hard fought game, In the end I think it will come down to Dallas offense making some plays to put us over the top.

I did not expect the Cowboys to beat the Rams and I don't expect them to beat the Eagles. But defense and special teams can change any game!

I don't think the Cowboys will win. Man, it hurts me to say that but I just don't feel good about this one. I think the eagles are just a good team and we don't have our starting qb to boot.

Problem......I have been wrong the last 4 games so what do I know. The D is on fire and it's the only way we can win. If we hold them to under 20 we might have a chance.

We will get to see them again before the season is over. Like I always say, "I don't want the eagles to win anything, Ever!!"

Dallas can lose the rest of the season for all I care so long as they beat those E.A.G.L.E.S. I loathe that franchise & everything associated with it!
