I'm sure the scouting department is working hard. It would be nice to have him sooner rather than later. But most of the candidates, being NFL assistants, are probably looking at college players as well.

I would think if there are any members of the 2 SB teams that Dallas may want to interview it will be after the SB. I know if I'm Dungy or Smith I don't want any of my coaches doing interviews at this stage, it is a distraction neither team would want to deal with.
