Anybody here use this site to find a house?
At this point, I am not sure if I am going to have a house built or buy an existing one.
I am shocked at the number of pretty good houses on the market based on this website.
If anybody is familiar with this site, what does the "$ per month" number denote? Is that your expected payment a month and if so, what is that number based on?
