Recovering data of dropped External HD

I dropped my Western Digital External hard drive off of my desk some time ago - something knocked loose no longer spinning. I'm fairly certain the data is actually there itself.

Any recommendations on services that are cost efficient, reliable and most likey to get the data back to me?

Note I'm in NYC for anything local, and of course happy to mail.
