Of the 13 remaining regular season games, only 2 are against teams currently below .500.

Weeks 10 and 11, Giants and Panthers.

Given our lacklustre, mailed in performance against Arizona, I like the fact that we are going to get tested on a very regular basis prior to any potential play off games.

Our schedule is brutal. But being tested every week will mean we’ll enter the playoffs ready. It won’t be like the past years were we feasted on weak nfc east teams and then got our first test in the playoffs. If every game is with a playoff team then we’ll be well prepared for the playoffs.

Next 5 weeks

Week 5 - payback game @ SF (4-0)
Week 6 - MNF @ LAC (2-2)
Week 7 - BYE
Week 8 - LAR (2-2)
Week 9 - @ PHI (4-0)
I genuinely see 4-1. Loss coming on MNF after an emotional win over the 49ers

2-2 with one unexpected win over philly or sf and one unexpected loss…it is the way of this team.

IF they somehow go 3-1 I will be impressed

Oh my bad. I counted 5 games, but you’re right it’s 4. This is what happens when I post at 4:00 am. But I agree, I feel we split the 49ers and Eagles. Then we’ll lose one unexpectedly. My guess is the loss will be the Chargers. Not sure why.

This week against the niners I am being bipolar on. Sometimes I think we win and sometimes I see us getting blasted.

Reasons we can win: the last 2 losses was more about us beating ourselves and not wanting enough. Even with that we held their offense to a manageable score but our offense sucked. We’ve proven to be a bad matchup for them as well but we beat ourselves. So if we don’t beat ourselves then we can win.

Reasons we can lose: they’re better than us right now, they have less injuries and they got our number. It might be a mental thing.

So I’ll probably keep being bipolar on this one until kickoff. Lol, btw I got tested for bipolar and doctor said no, he diagnosed my with Jerry Jones fatigue.

@sf @buffalo @miami

eagles get them all at home
@LAR
@NYJ
MIA
@WASH
DAL
bye
@KC
BUF
SF
@DAL
@SEA

That's Philly's upcoming schedule. Only the Jets have a losing record and they lost to Dallas and KC (barely). Their next game against a bad team is Christmas at home against NY.

It was the same way last year as well. however it is the way the schedules work out. Predetermined years in advance.
However, they can lay out the schedule to benefit teams, and screw other teams.

My biggest pet peeve about this, is we always finish with more road games than home in December, and rarely finish at home. And NEVER for many years finished with 2 home games. But many times finish with 2 road games. or 2 of 3 on the road.

My biggest complaint is being scheduled to play in Buffalo in mid December. I think it is an NFL travesty that Buffalo doesn't have a covered stadium. I'm OK with the tough teams, and even the away games. This team needs to be mentally toughened by the end of the season anyway.

That is going to be a nasty one if we can't fix the run game.

I will say this Seattle looks really good. Young and talented. Thank goodness we get them in Dallas.

Still stunned by this but I believe Mannix mentioned this not long ago.
You mean Mannix whined about this not long ago. No one mentions that Philly plays KC on the road whereas we get the Chargers in LA from that division, which was basically a home game for us last time there and will be this time. People want to play victim so bad out of habit even as they claim "this team's different." Lol.

The game at Buffalo doesn't bother me so much, as the last game is at Washington. 2 potentially bad weather games. We usually play 2 at an NFCE rival anyway, plus one other cold weather team.
I don't like playing 3 of the last 4 on the road, as that is typical too. I would like to see that flipped for once, or finish with 2 home games.

Good thing we live in the good USA and not N. Korea. Mannix has his thoughts and you have your thoughts, we don’t have to agree on the same thing here in the USA like over there.
