My wife and I visited Pearl Harbor three years ago. It is an amazing place. What surprised me was the amount of Japanese that were there. I almost felt like they wouldn't want to be associated with it, but they were there and they were respectful.

Keep all future discussion centered on the anniversary only in remembrance of one of the two deadliest attacks on American soil in the country's history. Please visit World War II and The Aftermath in the Off-Topic Zone for discussing historical and/or contemporary relevance in relation to pre- or post-American involvement in World War II. Review site rules if necessary (click here).
