Jessica Simpson's Prenup: Over A Million Dollars To Husband

Eric Johnson will be set for life...that is, if he can stay married to Jessica for long enough.

It's good to be Mr. Jessica Simpson! Eric Johnson, who will wed the singer/fashion designer later this year, has reportedly worked out a prenup with his fiancée that guarantees him bundles of cash!

According to Star Magazine via Cele*****y, Jessica (and her father Joe Simpson) learned a valuable, financial lesson after she married (and divorced) Nick Lachey without a prenup and are supposedly determined to protect Jessica's billion dollar brand of music, clothes, and shoes, should she and Eric not live happily ever after.

"Eric is on what you might call a vesting plan," said an insider to the magazine. "He'll get $500,000 as a wedding present. Then, on each anniversary, he'll get another $200,000. If he and Jessica make it to five years of marriage, he'll get an additional $500,000 bonus — and a $1 million bonus if they make it to 10 years."

Well, he did play in the NHL once.

Since this pre-nuptial seems so overly goal-oriented, a couple of questions immediately pop into mind.

How much does he receive if he gets her pregnant?

How much for not getting her pregnant?

How much if he neuters himself?

And how much if it's a girl, boy or sextuplets?

I have more than one buddy who is loaded and has been taken to the cleaners by a wife who found out she could have her cake and eat it too. One guy's wife slept with over 30 people while they were married and he remainined faithful...she still got half.

My guess is that there have been males that have pulled off deals like this - maybe some that would make this one look minor in comparison. Prenups don't always say "what's mine is minee and you can't have it if you divorce me", they often make arrangements for the spouse getting a peice of the pie. That leaves a lot of room for a lot of creative thinking on how that can occur.
