I would love this guy to be our HC. He would make our D as good as it has potential to be. Don't say he wouldn't be coaching the D as the HC either, because Lovie Smith and other guys have put their stamp on defenses as the Head Coach. Make it happen!

Actually, I beleive the Ravens were around 14th in defense in 1998. Rex Ryan arrive in 1999.
