other s's i like...
richard lecounte,georgia
mike brown,miami oh
paris ford,pitt
adarius washington,tcu

Im very high on Paris Ford and Grant. I think if you can land either one of these kids we will be alright. Moehring and Washington are two guys everybody loves and will go much higher than anticipated. Which will likely be higher than we pick starting round 2

Ford and Grant are both able to make single high in cover 3. Also play well in cover 1 and 2.

I live 5 minutes from UCF and am pretty close to the program. Grant would be an amazing pickup

I like Grant in the third more than Moehrig in the 2nd.

I definitely agree.

I think Moehrig goes earlier than anticipated. Well earlier than we pick. Grant is solid playing single high in a cover 3. I really like this pick here and it gives us the ability to draft elsewhere rounds 1 and 2.

See I don't know about Moehrig going higher. McKinney and Delpit both went much lower than expected, and that seems to be the case for most safeties every year. Then again, it's an awful year for defensive prospects, so maybe he hits the first round?

Idk. Moehrig could go anywhere really, but I wouldn't be shocked if he was there at 44 or if he wasn't even the first safety off the board.

I was reading a column by Tony Pauline yesterday and he stated some teams view Melifonwu as a safety. Do you think his best position is at Corner?

he's on my list of S's to target rds1-4.

late rd 1 early 2- Moering
early-mid 2- Holland, Nasirildeen, mid-late2 Grant, Hufunga
late 2 to late 3- LeCounte, Ford, Washington, Cisco, Sterns
late 3 to late 4- Blankenship, Bolden

I think teams see that size/speed/length he could play either spot.
I'm sure they do, and he probably could.

But his highest upside is at corner. He's not his brother, he can actually play man coverage.

He is a very intriguing prospect and an excellent fit for our cover 3 scheme.
