Talented character actor David Harris has passed from cancer. Best known as Cochise from cult film The Warriors. Harris was 75 years old.

oh my ... I also remember him from " Brubaker" ..film as he was one of the abused prisoners in the film.

Harris was also in " A Soldier's Story". He was one of the two who went AWOL, the other was Denzel Washington.

Wasn't really bad in that sense, has gained attraction since release. At the time it got a bad rap because of the violence, had to beg my mother to see it

Wow, very sad. I just re-watched "The Warriors" for the umpteeth time about a month ago. I also watched their reunion when they got back together, wore their Warriors vests and rode the train to to Coney Island, it was pretty cool. I even watched some old news cast from back in the day, warning about the movie, I posted that in the "Interesting Videos" thread.
