How does he stack up against other QB's?

The top two are Brett Favre's first two years in Green Bay. I'm not trying to say that Romo will turn into Favre, or anything close, but he does have good numbers for a first time starter.

And after an entire offseason in which he is #1, getting all the reps, all of the mini-camps and training camp, he should only get better. The only question is how much better? IMHO, I think he will be a top 10 QB for 10 years.

The Boys need to upgrade the OL, shore up the defense with a new Def Coordinator and a few Free Agents (Adalius Thomas anyone?), and let Tony grow into the QB that he is going to be.

For the first time since Troy retired, I don't feel that the QB position is a great concern going into the offseason. I really think that the team struck gold with Romo. I hope he proves the team and me right.
