Watching his presser on ESPN has showed me this guy has really matured and is embracing the leadership role.. He is doing a damn good job of leading this team.

The difference is night and day from even as short as a month and a half ago. I don't know what it was that finally made the light come on but it is sure as hell fun to watch.

the bad news is that his hair is going to be a week longer now. He may have to get some hair tips from Bobby C before this run is over.

Yep. Irvin said this last week, after his Thursday Media talk, Romo now is the leader of the team. And he is right, you can see in the interview today, he has totally different attitude and demeanor. They are not overly joyed today at the win, as if they expected to win. Hard fought win, but it almost seems like they believe.

I hope this holds up in December, but barring injuries I belive this team is different from teams we have seen since 98/99.

I hope Romo's hair is all the way down to his *** when all is said and done.:lmao2:

Glad to see he's learning the important things.

I even heard he's not wearing his hat backwards.

ESPN was just impressed his hat was on straight..........seriously.

Romo is a young QB and has a great deal of upside

All of this crap about December....has anybody taken a look at our december schedules that past couple of years? They've been pretty difficult

For example, look at this year...we have the Giants, Chargers, Saints and Washington....I think that most people would be happy soming out of that at 2-2.

However, if we lose even ONE game in december, people will point at Romo....

Kind lf like how Romo choked in December last year because he didn't light up the Steelers (in gale for winds at Heinz) and Ravens for 350 yards .... you know like all the other QBs in the league did.

Romo is playing good right now and that's all that matters...let the media talk, let the haters hate. Hopefully this team keeps it up till the end.

I hope he's Grizzly Fargin Adams.

That said, the maturity he showed to day was against some ridiculous blitzes, not his post-game comments or hat orientation.

agreed, i saw that pre-game presser and was very impressed by his attitude, he seems to have matured into a leader.

It's really amazing how he used to suck, and now how he's matured so much in 8 weeks and is awesome. We're all vindicated.
