Just acquired a copy of this recently. I've read mostly good reviews on this product so far. Was curious what some of you all thought about this software (those who have actually used it, of course).

C'est magnifique!

Not really. I'm just dusting off some high school French.

Ah, French- the tongue of romance. How's that working out for ya?

I've tried it.

It probably works if you can stick with it.

Finding an hour of day to sit and listen to a monotone voice is a struggle.

I used the Italian and the French for about a week each prior to vacationing in France and Italy respectively. They are pretty good IMO. A hell of a lot better than some of the audio stuff and books I've read.

I have never owned a copy or used the program extensively, but i did a demo with it in the mall and with what I have seen it's a very impressive program.

Always thought that when I get around to learning a new language Rosetta Stone would be the route I would go.

Rosetta Stone is good, but expensive.

Try your local Public Library. My Library has a similar program online called Mango, and it's free for anyone that has a library card.
