Elevated normally means one of the two ps players that can play that week while remaining on the ps. i.e. The 55 man roster not 53 man roster.

"Moved from ps to the 53" is normally the wording for a ps player being added to the 53 man roster.

Dallas has used all three of Shepley's practice squad elevations. The only way Shepley plays now is if he is signed to the active roster. That's why Hoffman gets called up this week.

Moving between the different squads it’s just become too complicated. Like others have stated parentheses who??

They cycled through their 3 Shepley elevations, also their 3 Aviante Collins elevations as well, and they can't elevate Alarcon. Since you have to have 8 OL active (sort of), it came down to Hoffman or Alex Taylor. Hoffman has been here longer, so makes sense I guess.
