Mccarthy may not make it through the season. Zimmer has a philosophy that has seen its better days. So now you have to bring in a new head coach, new coordinators that the head coach doesn't get to pick. Now, with this being said, the offense and defense have to learn new schemes, plays, terminology, etc, etc along with having to replace Zack and D-law more than likely. DT, RG, DE, RB, WR are positions that need future upgrades, alongs woth hoping that the new LT and Center pan out. To top it off, the owner/gm thinks that the team is on course for a chip. These next 2-3 years could be some very rough waters for this team.
