I like Patrick Peterson as much as the next guy, but I'd have a hard time with the idea of giving up an extra 2nd or 3rd rounder to move up a few spots to grab him. If anything, we should seriously condsider moving back a few spots.

You're still at it not seeing where Fairley can play a 3-4? I told you the other day. He can play both 3-4 and 4-3 and pretty much any position in a 3-4 very well.

You're still stuck on a OT from USC who naturally is 285 and just got up to what's still small 307 lbs.

Oh by the way, just got off knee surgery and is in a position where he needs to add weight to himself right after knee surgery.

Has not really even done anything at RT that was so special anyways.

You see a guy like that as such a fit for us at #9 but you don't see a Nick Fairley or Marcell Dareus?

Don't know bro. I know we need o-line help, but when the talent isn't there for your pick and you get a very rare opportunity to pick top 10 and get an X factor where the talent is a need for your defense, then doesn't it get more obvious?

Nick Fairley at 9 would be a godsend. I love his nastiness. He would bring some Charles Haley to our front 7. Could play 5 technique just as well as the 3 technique. Ryan would def find a use for this guy.

I hope those character concerns and shoulder rumors keep pushing him down.

I'd love Fairley, don't know if he's actually falling or not but I would be thrilled if he was the guy.

Unless he has pulled a Dahmer or a Ted Bundy , I could overlook some character concerns. On second thought , canabalism can be a good thing if he on eats Commanders and Giants. Hope he keeps dropping.
