Safeties Next year

How is this year class comapre to next years? I know that we do not know who the underclassman that will be coming out but is next years draft better with Mayo,USC and that kid from Tenn ( I know he will be a Jr. next year). I was just wondering sicne this years class appears to be average by many of the draft experts. Of course, I am expecting us to pick last next year and probably won't have the chance to pick a top level safety but Giants got Phillips last year so anything can happen.
