Does anyone know (Adam) how much the players get paid when they win a playoff game?

Does the money go up as the rounds go up?

How much do the winning teams get if they win the SuperBowl? How about the losers?

Our players will get $17,000 for the game against Seattle. If we win, they'll get $19,000 for the next game. That would go for anyone on the 53-man roster or Injured Reserve.

They'd get $37,000 for the NFC title game, and another $38,000 if we lose the Super Bowl or $73,000 if we win it. Players who haven't been on the team for at least three weeks, as well as some players who were on the team but aren't at the time, receive partial pay for those games.

Heck that is no money, TO has spent more money on fines. :lmao2:

But they've all been paid their season's salaries. This is like a Christmas bonus... Upwards of 150k if they win it all... not too shabby. Especially for those who make the league minimum.

Thanks, Adam...and I take it that these salaries are paid whether they win or lose the game, right? I mean, if they lose to Seattle, they still collect the $17,000...?

How much do the owners pull in from the extra game?

Correct. The only game that gives the winners more money is the Super Bowl. For the other games, the winners get to move on and collect the money for the next game.

Speaking of salaries... Go look up the Eagles defense and their incomes against our defense.

Appreciate the info...thanks again...

That's $17,000 more than Ross Verba has in his checking account.

Who pays this extra money? The team, or the NFL?

I think the NFL does...because it's not a salary cap issue...

they get 17,000 for playing a game for 3 hours....

thats about 17,000 more than all of us will get paid for watching them earn 17,000 for those 3 hours....
