Samsung Galaxy S2 vs Motorola Droid 3?

OK, phone guys & IT guys... My company is getting me a new smartphone, and I have a choice between these 2 phones. Any recommendations?
If I go with the Samsung, it will be on AT&T. The Motorola will be on Verizon.
I don't have any other options or plans available.

Never mind. Just figured out that the Droid is only 3G while the Samsung is 4G. I'm going with the Samsung.

Guy at Best Buy said the S2 will be upgradeable to ICS too, so winner on that as well.

Not sure if true though. His acne/credibility ratio was off the charts.
