No sir, no where near enough of an improvement in terms of tech over my Galaxy Nexus plus it has touchwiz blah. Stock Android > all oem skins

Picked mine up two days ago and I also picked up a nice silver case for it from the T-Mo store. It looks great with the blue. Cowboys colors! It is a nice upgrade from my LG G2x. Still getting used to the size. Incredibly fast and smooth phone. Touchwiz was revamped and is less obtrusive than before.

I traded my Galaxy SII for a Motorola. I kind of wish I had kept the Samsung. It just had some weird bluetooth bugs. It was a great phone other than that.
