I always found the bad field issues funny. They did not keep up the field at any of the high schools I payed for and the college field(ididnt play) didn’t look that great either. These dudes come from that at a very early age, shouldn’t be as big as a deal.

This 49ers team is the reason why the Cowboys traded Amari, drafted Tyler and released Collins. To bad Steele is injured but the Cowboys have been looking forward to this game since last playoffs. Dallas will match 49ers physicality this game.

Looks to be a high of 60 and low in the 40's. Now with that being said, isn't there fields one of the worse fields, as far as footing ?
Here's what the Wikipedia says about the field. The fact that it has a paragraph in the Wiki page about the stadium turf is notable.

Wiki link

"

Issues with the turf[edit]

The stadium had repeated problems with the grass surface, including the grass collapsing under Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker during a week 6 game in 2015.[22] This led to concern that the stadium wasn't of a high enough caliber to host a high stakes game such as the Super Bowl.[23] The problems with the turf were mentioned the day after the Super Bowl by Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib who said "The footing on the field was terrible. San Fran (the 49ers) has to play eight games on that field, so they better do something to get it fixed. It was terrible. "

It is notable that in the 2023 NFL that fields shouldn't have to have high standards and have to abide by those standards. This is a multi-billion dollar entertainment industry.

Was this in the 1950's?:D

My old HS field has the same turf as AT&T Stadium. And this is a school that is in the 4 th tier down in the UIL 12 tier classification bracket. It is 2023 not 1970 or 1980.

We have the technology . . . we can build them better, bigger, stronger . . . like the 6 Million Dollar man.

Thanks for the info.
No problem. Getting there might a problem with all this flooding we have had. Not sure about the area around their stadium but hopefully everything will be ok by Sunday. I wish everyone is safe and is well not only here in CA but throughout the US. This weather so far has been brutal
