Jax never scared me much to begin with but now that Stroud is out it makes me feel a whole lot better about our OL and running game.

I really don't see how Jax D can defend us?

1) They stack the box with 8 or 9 and maybe even run blitz.

This opens up our WR's and their DB's cannot go 1 on 1 with TO, TG, or even Witten.

2) They play cover.

This opens up JuJo and MB and gives Bledsoe time.

Jerruh made a comment in an interview to watch out for 3 WR sets. How can you not use Rector?

Either way guys we could have this defense so jacked up and confused it is not even funny.

I hope we open a can of whoop"pass"

If we win this game barely, it will let us know that we can win, but we need to work our tails off and fix some of the issues we still have.

If we lose, we have tons of work to do, not just from the philosophical stance, but from the mental part of things.

If we get blown out, then we need to re-arrange some parts on the team, and possibly move some spots to 2nd string, and move other parts up to the front.

The Jag's best bet is to focus on stopping the pass and hoping that there is no run blocking.

Without debating our feelings on the definition of 'shut down' or an effective running game, I still think my point is clear. Our run game didn't win that game for us - and I think the Jags should probably recognize that it shouldn't be their main focus tomorrow.

Hopefully I'm wrong and it won't matter what their focus is.
