I thought he usually had them tucked under his pads like Julius and almost everyone else does

While I agree that the olineman's jerseys are now tank tops, I have to disagree that sleeves are even remotely cool looking. Yeah maybe in the early 90's and 80's etc but times change

Watch out boyz, fashion police is at the door.

QB's rarely tighten up their jersey's, because it restricts rangeof motion.

RB's will tighten up their jerseys and tuck in their sleeves because they don't want to be draged down by a jersey grab.
