Jerry, Please don't over pay this dude!
He is only half a TE as he can't block!
He hurts the run game, he is not worth a big contract!
Now , I have heard he's been working on his blocking this off season.
So let him play a show me season this year then lets talk.

I like Schultzie as a receiver but as a blocker, there's lotsa room for improvement. Prescott wants him back and Jerry likely wants him back, much for that specific reason. Dalton must work diligently on his strength and his blocking if he wants another decent contract. I'm unsure if the problem lies in his head or his body, but whatever looms as the culprit must be attended to. There's work to be done, either way! Godspeed in that effort.
