Screen Recording Software?

Anyone know any good/free software that lets you record what's on your computer screen (for videos and screen captures)? I tried Cam Studio, but it struggles when you get to many FPS's.

Quicktime can.

At least on a mac.

No idea. Just something I remember people used to record WoW boss fights a couple years ago. :laugh1: It was pretty popular back then. I haven't touched WoW in years.

FRAPS is one of the easiest software pieces out there for recording your PC's computer screen.

I FRAPS'd our WoW raids all of the time w/ it.
