Scripted plays to start game?

Does anyone know if Dallas/Kellen Moore run a scripted offense for the first 15 or so plays? Has Dallas ever done it before? Do you think it could help or hurt our horribly slow starts? Any thoughts ?

I've never heard of any Cowboys team doing that before.

To me down and distance would seem to dictate which plays to call.

I would imagine, when a team scripts its first fifteen plays, it has multiple possible plays for each down depending on the distance.
