Has anyone listened to the local sports people in Seattle. To hear what they are saying about the game. Injuries, how thwir mind set is. And if they think they have a shot against us and our secondary. Or how our WR's will do against their depleted secondary.

I've been listening here a bit in the late afternoons.

Not much interesting, the usual jive.

After LBOH's show is over, I will tune in again and report if there is any actual news (injury updates, etc).

What does the "usual jive" comprise?:p:

Like just now, an interview with Al Michaels re-stating the obvious. Our strengths, and weaknesses and theirs.

Seahawks fans up here are scared to death about Terrell Owens abusing little Kelly Jennings and Terry Glenn roaming free against Jordan Babineaux.

Just like there is among our fans, there's an extreme lack of confidence. But they're hoping to help change that by making a ton of noise at the game, as they usually do.

Brad Sham is on now.

He was asked what the team's mental state is.

Said he just doesn't know..that the team should be in trouble based on how it's played recently. Said TR will be ok, he's just learning, and no one listens to Owens anymore;. :) said TG's recent comment re the O was taken out of context.

Said thinks the D is in as good frame of mind as can possibly be expected, based on how they've played,

Dropping beneath Babineux to the Hunter level will be a big problem for Seattle, IF it comes to that. But what they have now could man up with our guys!

Doesn't think our receivers have done a very good job of getting open this last month.

(Bravo, Brad! That's the aspect of Tony's so called slide, no one has admitted!!!)

"Tony has come back to earth a little bit, which is just a function of playing QB in the NFL".

Sort of like picturing two boxers in a ring, just standing there after the bell :)

Well, the two radio personalities who host his show have already awarded John Marshall the game ball. The injuries and all.

Ironically, they apparently have another radio host named (or nicknamed? ) "Groz".

Word out of Seattle is that the game could get wet, as the dry season (lasting from December 31 to January 2, each year) is now breaking. They've also suggested that Eddie Vedder may come out pre-game to vibrato the Cowboys into a bloody pulp. DeMarcus Ware has Hasselbeck so scared that he's taken to hiding out in Courtney Love's enormous, gaping.......ear. The general consensus is that a Seahawks victory is about as likely as Kurt Cobain taking over as lead singer for Silverchair.

Lastly, there was something - and I didn't quite catch it all - about TO's mere presence in Seattle destroying the Seahawks franchise. Something about a rat.....

 I don't know what's more repulsive..Superpunk's signature pic or these Seattle dudes making Babineaux out to be the second coming of Champ Bailey-Ed Reed.

Ya see folks, hes a cb/saftey 'tweener', which mean you might lose a bit in run support but he can more than hang with our receivers. Fast, tough - a one man wrecking crew.

Oh and can absolutely take out Owens in any crossing routes.

I expect to hear any moment tweener Pete Hunter can do the same.
