Convince me why we should consider Minnesota DE Boye Mafe
Draftscout has his arm length at 33-1/8"Developmental upside guy with good measurables 4.53 40 at the combine. Put up decent numbers in college last season 34 tackles 10 TFL 7 sacks. Pretty short arms 32 5/8".
I pulled that from NFL.com, they usually just copy the official combine numbers.Draftscout has his arm length at 33-1/8"
Arm Length Range
Short: Less than 32"
Good: 33"
Long: Over 34"

Im not all that worried about production with. 12 sacks the last 18 gamesSo much potential. If the character is good, is he another Danielle Hunter? Or is he another Chaisson?
Would like to see more production, but he's got everything it takes to be an excellent pass rusher. And we've got an excellent DC who worked wonders with another raw talent.
Covid Ball maybe. 2020 likely would have been a breakout year, but they only played 7 games. He had 4.5 in 6Physically he has all the tools. Strong with speed & quickness. Looked fluid occasionally dropping into coverage.
The Edge players on that defense play a run contain first style.
The question is why is he considered a developmental player when he played 4 season of college football?
He only started 9 of 13 games in 2021 and played in a rotation.
He did have 7 sacks in 2021.
