Selling XBOX 360

$100, you pay shipping. In great condition, 1 controller, media controller (Nyko) Air Cooler for the back of it and all the cords. It's a modded XBOX 360 so that means you can play backups if you burn them. Unfortunately it is banned from LIVE play due to that, but works and plays fine. No red rings since I've owned it.

Games existed before the internet, not everyone has to play online. Plus, it can still be used as a very good media extender.

I rarely go online with my Xbox, and when I do it's merely to watch movie trailers or get a demo.

Having a spare xbox that's modded wouldn't be a terrible thing.

The fact that you have to be extremely careful is just another reason why it's ignorant and silly to even have a modded system.

You can speed down the road too as long as you're extremely careful and don't get caught. Doesn't mean you should do it or think it's the way to go either.


I'm sorry I just cant imagine why anyone would want to buy a system that has been modded and there for is a violation of the terms of use. It's like buying a fully loaded vehicle that only half the features are available for use.

Same reasons people mod cars or hack cell phones or computers. Its ours and want to do as we please with it. If it can't play online oh well I was raised with single player games. Online multiplayer is a bonus not a necessity or a deal breaker

Of course that ignores all the extra features one could get by modding the system. Why settle for just what Microsoft (or any other console manufacturer) wants for you?

Uh, well first of all, I modded it fully understanding it could be banned off of live. Did I care? No. It has been banned for some time now and has no bearing on my decision to sell it. What's good for you, isn't good for everyone else. It's not like I've attempted to sell a banned console without saying it. This thread is for people interested in buying it, not for people to comment on WHY they wouldn't buy it.

If they don't want to buy it, they won't. I've already received messages about it so obviously someone is interested. Modded consoles can do about 10x more than a regular console can. This was the case with the original XBOX as well.

I'd be interested if I courd afford it right now. Of course I don't know what that J-tagged is and what the difference is with DVD-flashed. Haven't kept up on the modding this generation except for the wii.
