Day 1 practice is scheduled to be aired on NFLN at 4:00 pm Eastern until 5:30.

You may want to check on the channel throughout the day if you can however because last year they had a tendency to show it an unannounced times, starting an hour early...

I'm in Mobile today. It's raining and is supposed to rain most of the day, and tomorrow. Today is usually just a walk through type practice, so maybe they have changed things up some, if it's going to be televised.

Is anyone planning on recording these practices and saving them online?

Perhaps even a sticky for posts on Senior Bowl practices?

A few suprises at the north weigh-in. Troy Smith did hit 6' even. Paul Williams had 35" arms, incredible for a WR. Tony Hunt weighed 239 and was cut. Tyler Palko wa shorter than most thought at 6007.

South weigh in notes.

Blalock weighed 331 and was described as soft.

Jordan Palmer was a legit 6'5.

Most of the OL didn't look in shape.

Higgins "looked like a track guy".

A brief recap of the first day if anyone cares.

They only showed the North's practice in shorts and shoulder pads.

Troy Smith threw the ball ok from what they showed but had problems remembering plays and taking snaps.

Tyler Palko's footwork looked great.

Drew Stanton threw a tighter spiral than he had during the season.

Paul Posluzsny looked like a man amongst boys in the 9 on 7s.

None of the DBs could cover worth a lick, including Hall and McCauley.

The WR from WVA, Myles looked very, very impressive as did the WR from Washington St. (I'm blanking on his name right now).

Garret Wolfe from Northern Illinois looked very quick and looked instinctive running routes out of the backfield. He's going to make a nice thrid down receiver for someone.

Brian Leonard from Rutgers lost a lot of weight to show his HB versatility but didn't look explosive at all. He may be too small for a FB now.

If you can do this each time Stanley...Really appreciate it as I can not get the NFLN.

Also on Myles (WVU WR) not hard to look more impressive than some people think, when they run the ball the majority of the time.

However he was the deep threat and has made some good plays when needed.
