Dumb speculation there. How is it Phillips is a goner at this point? IF they continue to slide, then he is gone. At this point, unless cowboys don't make playoffs or they make playoffs and fail again in Playoffs, Phillips will be here.

However you slice it, Wade is a goner.
I know he's a gonner ever time Jerra refused to talk about a contract extension for Wade. He won't go there because he is waiting for coach Jaws or Shanny or even Holgren (ugh).

Wade knows he is a goner too.

I see things falling like this if the Cowboys can't get to the playoffs and win.

I see Jason Garrett and Wade Wilson being replaced by upgraded coaches in their positions. I believe Wade Phillips gets demoted from Head Coach to just a defensive cordinator but Shannahan would control the offense and be the head coach, but I believe that Cowboys running game is going to change. I also think Flozell and Hudson Houck might be gone as well. If things don't turn out well.

Since we are playing 'Dream Scenario' here is mine.

Jon Gruden head coach, the Steelers Keith Butler as Def. Coordinator.

Gruden is just the man for Romo, and Romo is just the guy for Gruden. Give Gruden a QB and he'll put up the points.

Butler is the Steelers linebacker coach. He has a few years under **** Lebeau, the master of the 3-4, and would bring some of that serious Steeler toughness to Dallas.

Thats my dream team.. what do they say?.. Git 'er done Jerry.

Well I am in that in few category as well. Only retread I find exceptable might be Coach Chin aka Bill Cowher. I just hope its not Shanahan, other than John Elway time, Shanahan proved to be clueless, especially on Defense. Always changing coaches there, every other year if not every year.

I forgot to e-mail you that that the Get Rid of Wade train had already left the station. Jerra is on board by not discussing a contract extension for Wade; the fans are on board because they is tired of a spineless coach who always looks constipated and bewildered on the sidelines; and most fans with common sense know what will happen.

The only question is is Holgren, Shanny or Bobby Bowden.

Oh, hey, I was kidding on Bobby.

But forget that man attraction to Wade. He won't be around no more after this season unless he goes deep in the playoffs.
