Troy is not wrong regarding the WRs— but the issue runs much deeper:
Preparation, discipline, basics, fundamentals etc… this team just struggles with the “professional” part of the sport lol
I truly wonder if they are mentally strong enough to ever overcome the problems that are plaguing them?
They have gotten into the playoffs— only to continue to get embarrassed there — even when planning their after-victory parties lol
Now they are getting regularly embarrassed in historic fashion during the regular season.
Maybe they are punch drunk? Maybe they have accepted their spot as the laughing stock of the NFL and have resigned themselves that all that there is to play for now is $$$?
It is a sad, pathetic day for this once proud franchise. Not only are we getting embarrassed. The players, coaches, and owners do not even seem to care that it’s happening.
Somebody that wears The Star needs to stand up and actually care enough to defend it.
