Anyway, here’s a one-liner on every single team I could see maybe, possibly needing a quarterback or a competitive, veteran upgrade going into the 2025 season. Some of these scenarios are far-fetched, but listing out all 19 illustrates what kind of flux the league is in.


Our QB issue will dominate news and/or rumor cycles all season if Dak isn't extended before the season starts. Everyone will have an opinion......lol

Tua's accuracy would have been quite the pairing if you had a couple really good route running receivers like Amari & CD in their prime.

I don't put too much stock in trying to predict next years options yet. No one really knows who will be available nor the mood of the front offices.

I agree 100%.......it's why they are calling it an "early look" but like you said, a lot can change.

As a miami fan, Tua also has issues with the lights on, and his running backs/receivers absolutely destroy ours in talent.

come on dude. His arm is not the strongest but it is not a noodle. He can make the throws.
Now Dak is more athletic and that part is not even close.
I would be worried about his concussion history more than anything else
Bluntly speaking if I had to choose between the two I take Dak every time

Every single CowboysZone member, who has complained about Cowboys quarterbacks' injury potential in the past, should be dead set against the team acquiring Tua Tagovailoa over that concern. That guy is the league's CTE poster child. And that is not really a joke.

3 months ago was the time to replace Dak if that's what we planned on doing. The draft was loaded with QB talent. Next draft is gonna be dry with QBs. This front office is always 3 steps behind in what they intend on doing, they're so slow it's ridiculous.

This was the year to get a WR early. We passed. Next year is the year to get a RB. Keep your fingers crossed.
