Sideline coordinator or up in the box coordinator?

True, I think having them with the guys down there is helpful, but hey that's what you have assistants down there for

Thread over as this is the only answer. Coordinators have won superbowls both from on the sidelines and up in the booth. Different guys have different strengths, let them figure out what works for them.

Exactly. We dont have players that hold eachother accountable so we need a coach down there to chew someone out if need be.

I believe calling the defense on the field is best, easier to adjust and show guys where they messed up at on the sideline....

In the box. They can see things as to how plays develop better. Concentrate better, and have less distractions.
They had photos and now iPads or whatever they use to communicate with coaches and players on the sidelines.

In all fairness to DQ, he was only in Dallas for 3 years This team hasn't been able to compete against good teams for much longer than just 3 years.
