This is a skill I want to learn how to do well. I only have one of those $50 bullet smokers that you can get at Home Depot. Can someone educate me on how to make pork shoulder on one of these things? I love BBQ, and get seriously impressed with guys who have mastered this skill.

Hahahah sorry got into food did not take pics first wish u could have seen it before I cut and pulled the meat.
I smoke with Pecan and Peach wood and add charcole for added heat and try 2 keep the temp between 235 and 250 and yes I use a mop but I try not 2 mop 2 much cuz if ur lookin ur not cooking!!!!

BTW, temp in the pork loin is a little over 150 degrees now....Probably about another hour and a half after I turn the ribs. Just a warm up for the coming season!

Just took the pork loin off and will now let it "rest" for about 30-45 minutes before slicing real thin. Ribs have a little longer to go......

Are those beef short ribs? The loins look like they have a nice bark. Yum!!

They look like beef,but are pork ribs. The loins do have a nice,tasty bark.....If you go back to one of the previous pics,my guarddog is there because his "bark" protects that "bark"1

Wow,I'm still full from yesterday,but damn,DD,those make me hungry again!

BTW,no,my name isn't Logan. I use that as a tribute to an old Cowboys player, Obert Logan,who played for Trinity University in San Antonio when I was growing up there.
