I post this because we've been doing some interviews for Java programmers. One of the guys conducting some of the interviews likened several of the candidates to SNL's Celebrity Jeopardy. :laugh2:

I haven't watched SNL in several years. I used to watch it weekly.

I told them they need to find a new recruiting agency. These guys aren't capable of handing our position and they should have known this. One of the candidates even said that the recruiter told them to put a specific skill we were looking for on his resume.

As if we wouldn't ask him about it.
