It was an amazing catch. He's been an amazing player.

I always wanted him in Dallas, back when he came out, but with Miles and Dez I'm not at all worried about our WRs.

Best part is, he did it to Revis who described Moss as "a Slouch". :laugh2:

He wasn't just beat on that play, he was straight up smoked.

Some may say he got injured on the play, but he wasn't injured until the TD was scored.

I hate Revis now and Revis was the guy I really wanted in 2007. I can't believe he held out the way he did, then folded and signed a 4 year 40+ million contract and said in two years he is planning to hold out again.

That being said, if this was the first time you've seen Randy Moss make a 1 handed catch like that then you obviously haven't seen many games he's played in. Compared to most guys, he makes these on a routine basis.

I still wonder about what Dallas would have been like with Troy throwing the ball to Moss and Irvin. For a while there, Moss would add about 15-20 points to a QB's raiting when they played with him.

Emmitt might have gone from running against 8 man fronts to running against 6 man fronts.

Plus, it wouldnt have hurt to not have him killing us each time we played him.

Agreed. I believe he is the best pure pass catcher I've ever seen. Hopefully Dez will be just a good. He has a chance.

Moss is the common denominator for the two top scoring offenses of all time. He is statistically one of the best WR's all time. He did this with the likes of Dante Culpepper throwing to him for many years, and some WASTED years on a HORRIBLE Oakland Raiders.

His stats would smoke Jerry Rice in so many ways if he had Montana and Young throwing to him most of his career.

Not sure I put him ahead of Rice, that's just hard to do, but I damn sure feel he's in the discussion.

Dez doesn't have Randy's speed, plus Randy is 6'4. Again, complete player, Speed, Size, and Hands.

He's not a complete player. He's never been a possession receiver who will go across the middle and take a big shot.

With that said, what he does do, he does it damn well. Hard to say there are too many other WRs who go after the deep ball better than Randy. Hard to say there are any.
