Actually, scouts are split 50/50 on QB/WR.

I'm curious to know what JJ and the staff think.

I read that he ran a 4.42. That's darn good. Slowest I see him at is 4.6. You know he's fast.....

The main problem I have is that he won't help at all this season. He's not supposed to run until October.

So, he'll redshirt regardless....we won't see anything from him until next year.

I get the gamble, we are in ta position to take gambles.

but there were quality players left at positions we need depth. Tanard Jackson, Soliai, or Beekman at guard.

I bet there are like 5 more players like Stanford in round 7

Maybe he can come in on trick plays, 2 pt conversion stuff, run reverses, play slot, kick returns, etc. Seems like a jack of all trades type of player. Probably a lot like Crayton coming out . . . .
